The next support cafe is on Friday 29th November. For those who are interested Cruse Bereavement will be in the side room between 10.30 & 11.30 . Cruse are a voluntary led group that offers one to one home visits for around 6 weeks to anyone that is suffering loss and just needs support. This talk from Rachel inspired me to be a Cruse volunteer and I have never regretted it. This session the Rural Coffee Caravan will be parked up outside the hall, working with us to support community. There will also be the usual mums n tots, kids table, scrabble and board games, knit n natter and more! Here's some photos from last week.
